Conductive sewing thread

Conductive yarn thread is made by blending 1-2 stainless steel conductive fibers in the twisting process of ordinary yarn, so that ordinary sewing yarn or yarn has the function of conductive (anti-static).

Conductive sewing thread application scenarios, such as conductive gloves, can be directly touched to open the smartphone. For industrial purposes, the electrostatic uniforms, shoes and bags are usually sewn with conductive wires. Especially in the electronic manufacturing industry, workers need to use conductive sewing thread to make bracelets to prevent static electricity on their hands and burn electronic components.

The conductivity of the conductive sewing thread is generally above the third power of 10, which can light the LED bulb. The types of conductive sewing thread are generally 60(150D/3+1) and 20(300d/3+1). Polyester long fiber blended conductive sewing thread can also be dyed into various colors required by customers to meet the needs of color matching and sewing of different fabrics, but because of the stainless steel fibers are not color attributes, the effect of dyeing will have the same pattern.
