Medium chemical fibers:
Spinning with PET chips or with PET recycle, the price and quality are between large and small. (Some spinning mills mainly use large and large blends to enhance their competitiveness)
Small chemical fibers: Spinning with PET recycle, the price and quality are uneven, suitable for the national conditions, and exported to some markets and areas where the quality requirements are not too high (such as fillers, etc.)
Generally speaking, the short fibers spun by chips or melt directly have no defects.
The fibers are uniform in thickness, smooth in surface and smooth in handle (but the difference between adding silicon and not adding silicon in rougher generation) when pulled by hand, the general strength of chips spinning is better, the batch size is large, there is no color difference, and the physical index is even. In general, the batch number of short fibers produced by small chemical fibers, or recycled raw materials, is small. The same algebraic feel is not as good as that of large chemical fibers (except after treatment). Occasionally, there are uneven thicknesses and fineness. Over-length is generally objective. Physical indexes made by conventional recycled materials are slightly worse (strength, etc.).
