In order to meet the requirements of users, Liqi Textile has been exploring how to develop the functions of modern testing equipment in recent years. It integrates off-line, on-line and expert systems into the quality management system, realizes the application of off-line testing to control the quality level of spinning and control the quality of yarn and thread fluctuation, uses on-line technology to reduce the weak quality loop, and uses expert system to control the quality of spinning yarn and thread.
With the help of advanced off-line testing instrument functions, the state of process equipment is optimized and the quality level is improved. Including the use of HVI to achieve scientific cotton blending; the use of AFIS, the establishment of semi-product process quality control mechanism; improve the monitoring of the yarn quality of Utter UT4, UTJ4, improve yarn quality fluctuations.
On-line detection technology is used to find weak quality loops and improve the stability and consistency of quality of yarn and thread.
With the development of textile production towards automation and intellectualization, traditional off-line detection has been unable to meet the needs of modern high-speed production.
Off-line inspection only accounts for about one-tenth of the total product, and the quality level of inspection of yarn and thread can not accurately reflect the level of physical quality.
The application of on-line monitoring technology has become the trend of modern textile development. On-line inspection can detect 100% of the products in an all-round way. By means of detection, adjustment, monitoring and alarm, defective or unqualified products can be eliminated in the production process.
On-line inspection also has the functions of quality analysis of yarn and thread, statistics and product evaluation. It can effectively combine detection, analysis and optimization of production, and provide guarantee for automation of production and quality control.
Online detection has certain advantages in saving production costs. Combining offline technology with online technology can improve yarn quality in an all-round way. The expert system is used to realize quality monitoring and optimization, and to improve the overall quality management level.

It is rare for spinning enterprises to establish ERP management system.
Promoting the technology of full automation, information-based detection and monitoring in spinning process is conducive to improving labor productivity, and more importantly, it can play a positive role in improving yarn quality and production efficiency.
At present, we need to consider how to adapt to the existing equipment process ports, collect real-time operation data of the production site, form a production management system by networking, and connect with the WRP system.
