Selection of yarn and thread
The first step in weaving yarn and thread is to select yarn and thread.

After the selection of yarn is completed, the yarn thread is sized and suspended.

Thread is to put yarn on the heald piece. This is a careful work. Thread seems simple, but it has a great impact on the subsequent process. If a wrong thread is worn, the loom will be affected in the process of lifting, and the whole cloth will become a defective product.
Warping is to arrange the bobbin yarn thread into a certain width according to the length of the design requirement, winding parallel to the warp axis or weaving axis to prepare for the warp yarn thread of the fabric. After warping, the tension of the whole yarn thread is the same, the arrangement of the whole warp yarn thread is the same, and the surface of the warp axis is flat, which makes good preparation for weaving.
Rapier loom needs to install all threaded healds on the machine before weaving formally starts. This work needs many people to complete.
In the process of installation, the rapier loom should be carefully installed according to the number of threads in turn.
After all the preparatory work is completed, the loom can start weaving.
After ensuring that the gauze is free of problems, it is necessary to finish the gauze.
According to the different needs of customers, the gauze will be sorted into two categories, one is packaged in pieces and the other is packaged in rolls. This figure shows that the gauze inspected by the workers on the typewriter is coded according to the number of yards. The final preparation for the packing of the gauze is made.
After the yarn thread is weaved, the yarn thread must be inspected. In the process of weaving, the yarn thread will encounter problems such as broken yarn thread and thread head.
In this step, we should solve these problems. If we encounter defects, we need to repair them. The above picture shows that the workers are inspecting and repairing the yarn thread.
Types of gauze:
1. According to the different yarn thread raw materials, it can be divided into pure cotton yarn thread (also used as cotton yarn), pure fibre yarn thread (also used as pure polyester yarn thread), blended yarn (also used as polyester cotton yarn thread).
2. According to the different weaving technology, it can be divided into single-layer gauze, double-layer gauze and multi-layer gauze.
3. According to different uses, it can be divided into civil gauze, medical gauze (degreased gauze), industrial gauze and so on.
4. According to the color pattern, it can be divided into colored gauze, dyed yarn, printed gauze, cartoon gauze, white gauze (that is, the color of cotton yarn), bleached gauze (also used as whitening gauze or whitening gauze).
5. According to the degree of hardness and softness, it can be divided into soft gauze, sizing gauze and sizing stereotyped gauze.
