Polyester low elasticity yarn thread is made from polyester chips by high-speed spinning of polyester preferred yarn thread and then by drawing and false twisting. It is suitable for making clothing thread fabrics, bedding and decorative articles.
High crimp shrinkage of polyester low elastic filament thread is relatively fluffy, and thethread fabric surface is rich.
It can be adjusted by the elastic adding process.
Low residual elongation of polyester filament has better dyeability, higher strength and higher crimp rate.
In the case of no wool, lower residual elongation will be selected, while too high residual elongation will result in low elastic stiffness of polyester filament thread, lower shrinkage and dyeing and finishing of thread fabric.
Not easy to set, wrinkle and other adverse effects.
Polyester yarn thread is a fibre made by spinning and post-treatment. It has excellent formability and can last for a long time after being washed many times in use.
The hydrophilicity of polyester thread fibers is very poor because there are no other polar groups except two terminal alcohols and hydroxyl groups in the polyester molecule.
Polyester molecule contains about group and ester group, which can hydrolyze at high temperature, pyrolysis and saponification when alkali occurs, which reduces the degree of polymerization.
Polyester thread molecule also contains aliphatic hydrocarbon chain, which can make polyester thread molecule flexible, but because there are benzene rings in polyester thread molecule that can not rotate internally, polyester thread macromolecule is basically rigid molecule and molecular chain is easy. The polyester thread macromolecule is easy to crystallize under this condition, so the crystallinity and orientation of polyester are higher.
