Blended yarn thread is a single yarn made of two or more different kinds of fibers thread. Blended yarn thread refers to the yarn which is blended by two or more different fibers in a certain proportion, such as polyester-cotton blended yarn thread, polyester-viscose blended yarn thread, etc. In addition, blended yarns are made by distributing and adjusting various fibers in different proportions.

Blended yarn thread can be divided into three categories:

1. Natural fiber blended yarn. For example: cotton/hemp, wool/hemp thread, silk/cotton and so on.

2. Artificial fibre blended yarn. For example: polyester/nitrile thread, polyester/viscose, nylon/rayon and so on.

3. Natural and man-made fibre blended yarn. For example: polyester/cotton thread, wool/viscose and so on.

Vortex spinning polyester and cotton yarn thread is pure large chemical fibers, cotton is combed cotton, electro-cleaning without joints, evenness, less hairiness, three-wire pick-up, bleaching, dyeing, suitable for knitting, weaving, knitting loop, knitting down, high-grade clothing fabrics, etc. Supply: 21/30/32/40/60, etc.

Cotton thread is made of cotton yarns. 

There are two kinds of cotton thread for binding: polishing and non-polishing. 

There are two kinds of packing forms: straight-axis type and tower-axis type. 

Tower axle type is mostly used for cotton thread lock processing, and its specifications are as follows: 42 yarns 4 strands and 6 strands, 60 yarns 4 strands and 6 strands of white wax towers. 

The models are S424, S426, S604 and S606, respectively. They can also be recorded as 42S/4, 42S/6, 60S/4 and 60S/6, in which S means yarn, and the figures under diagonal line indicate the number of strands of binding cotton thread.

At room temperature, salt is continuously added to a glass of water and stirred with chopsticks until the salt is no longer dissolved. Soak a cotton thread in the prepared brine and put it out on the table to dry. 

Raise the dried by hand and light a match to burn the cotton thread. At this point, you will find that the cotton thread burns from the bottom to the top, but the ash after burning is still as unburned as a thread. 

For convenience of comparison, we burned another ordinary cotton thread which had not been soaked in salt water. As a result, the burned cotton thread did not retain any ash.
