Core-wrapped sewing threads clothing can also be used for sewing. Core-wrapped threads clothing can be used to separate polyester and cotton-wrapped polyester. 

Cotton-coated polyester core-spun threads clothing: It is made of cotton-coated polyester filament by twisting and refining. The core-spun threads clothing not only has the appearance of cotton and the function of low shrinkage, but also enhances the tension of sewing thread by adding polyester filament.

3. Production process: The technological route of core-spun threads clothing is basically the same as that of conventional staple fibre textile process, that is, staple fibers are made into roving strips by combing machine and two parallel processes, and then fed into spinning machine for normal drafting. The polyester filament is fed into the front roller through the additional device and tension control device of the spinning frame, through the filament introduction device, and converges with the drafted staple fibers at the front roller nipper of the spinning frame. After the output of the front roller, it passes through the guide hook and forms the core-wrapped yarn under the twisting and winding of the ring and traveler. After heat setting of tube threads clothing, the finished product is heated and shaped again through automatic winder, high speed winder and double twisting process, and the finished product is packed into warehouse.
